• Care for private homes and premium spaces to a high standard.
• Follow property-specific routines with discretion and attention to detail.
• Keep spaces prepared, orderly and welcoming.
• Raise maintenance or supply needs promptly.

What we look for

• A thoughtful, discreet approach to private property care.
• Willingness to learn the EliteLuxe standard.
• Right to work in the UK and successful vetting.

Training and next steps

We do not expect everyone to arrive with the same experience. You will receive division-specific training. Before assignment, we complete right-to-work, DBS or background and reference checks, plus a trial shift or interview.

A path beyond the first role

Strong performance, growth and the value you bring can lead to core membership, typically after around two years. Core members can become eligible for the KleanLuxe franchise programme; ownership is not guaranteed.
