What you’ll do

• Prepare short-let homes between guest stays.
• Follow property-specific cleaning and presentation standards.
• Refresh linen, amenities and key guest touchpoints.
• Flag damage, maintenance needs and missing supplies.

What we look for

• A reliable, detail-focused approach to every property.
• Willingness to learn the AirLuxe standard.
• Right to work in the UK and successful vetting.

Training and next steps

We do not expect everyone to arrive with the same experience. You will receive division-specific training. Before assignment, we complete right-to-work, DBS or background and reference checks, plus a trial shift or interview.

A path beyond the first role

Strong performance, growth and the value you bring can lead to core membership, typically after around two years. Core members can become eligible for the KleanLuxe franchise programme; ownership is not guaranteed.
